Shipping policy
Where we ship We currently ship to addresses in the United States only (all 50 states). We do not ship to P.O. boxes on military bases (APO/FPO/DPO).
Shipping cost Standard shipping is FREE on every order within the United States.
Processing and delivery times
- Order processing: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
- Delivery: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total time: 5–8 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Every order ships with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Order fulfillment Your order is produced and shipped from our production partner's facility in the United States.
Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the reshipping cost will be charged to the customer.
Lost packages If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at barao.tt@gmail.com and we will investigate and send a replacement or a refund.
